Welcome to Pallet Verde! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our subscription-based pallet pickup and recycling services (“Service”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

Pallet Verde provides scheduled pickup and recycling of wood pallets from your business location. Services are available via subscription with flexible plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

2. Subscription and Billing

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• Payments are collected via our secure online system.
• Prices and terms are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance.

3. Pickup Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring pallets are accessible at the agreed pickup location.
• Hazardous or contaminated pallets may not be accepted.
• Missed pickups due to inaccessible locations may still be billed.

4. Account Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not issued for partially used periods unless required by law.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but availability may be affected by weather, road conditions, or other factors outside our control.

7. Liability and Indemnification

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pallet Verde and its affiliates from any claims resulting from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County.
